For the nationals of country members of European Union, provide simply with your National document of Identity or your passport, do not forget to check the validity dates.

For the nationals of country not members of the European Union, you provide with your valid passport and check near the embassy of Bulgaria in your country if you need a visa or not.

Do not forget to check the countries which you cross (if you take the road) and Bulgaria are clearly shown on your documents of insurances and care of health (for example green card for Belgium)
