When must I create a Bulgarian company? |
You will have to create, as a preliminary, a Bulgarian company if you wish to acquire a real estate with ground (house with ground, agricultural or constructible land).
Therefore, not obligation to create a company to acquire an apartment, a house without ground (rare in Bulgaria) or other real estate without ground.
A law aiming at removing this obligation was deposited but not voted yet...
